Rediscovering boredom

The summer has finally arrived in most places and this is a great opportunity to lay down at a beach and rediscover the experience of being thoroughly bored?

If you were born before Gen Z, boredom is probably a familiar experience from childhood. It has certainly become a lot less familiar since the arrival of the smartphone.

And so we have forgotten how important boredom is. Boredom is where great things are born: playfulness, creativity, introspection.
