Flowing into the week

--

When all is said and done, what life really demands from us is flow. I am not just referring to the narrow and focused flow that certain activities bring with it, although it is certainly worth pursuing.

What I mean is a more panoramic flow… a sense that we don’t have to go through life like a mechanistic automaton, primarily guided by pure reason and ever greater efficiency, but that we have a capacity to flow with what our nature and the situation actually demands from us in a given moment.

We can find this where we dare to give up a part we’re playing without losing touch to reality.

My life is increasingly oriented around finding this type of flow.

May you have a flowing week!
